About Me

My name is Jana Nilson, I am a mom to two teenagers and a fur mama to a whole slew of critters on our farm just outside of Dewberry, AB along with my partner in crime, Brett.

We both grew up in the small town of Irma, AB, him on the north side and I on the south side of the tracks. (our long standing joke) I am the oldest of 7 children born and raised on mixed cattle and grain farm. This is where my love of all things beautiful was born and my need to capture the most treasured moments in life grew into a thriving little business.

This is also where my love for all things farm animal was born and nurtured into a full time passion and the love of my life. I raise pygmy, nigerian cross goats as well as chickens, ducks, a few sheep and horses. When I am not taking photos in the summer you will find me in my massive garden where I spend a large portion of my time.
